‌The second HUNTER Steering Group meeting was held in London on the 12th March 2020. The meeting was chaired by Professor Helen Reeves and attended by co-investigators, external advisors and CRUK funder representatives. Updates on ongoing projects and achievements were presented and discussed along with plans for two further schools to develop our HUNTER young investigators and promote collaborative working across the network.

This was followed by a showcase of HUNTER research at the HCC-UK Annual Meeting. HUNTER co-investigator Professor Derek Mann opened the HCC-UK2020 meeting, presenting exciting data on the immunosuppressive Niche in HCC. All presentations were live streamed, for those unable to attend in person due to the coronavirus crisis, with questions submitted electronically.
