The Picnic
"The Ctesiphon expedition was an immense success. I invited Faisal, 2 of his ADCs, the Garbetts, Fakhri Jamil and Mr Cornwallis, and I took Zaya with an excellent breakfast of eggs, tongues, sardines and melons. It was wonderfully interesting showing that splendid place to Faisal. He is an inspiring tourist."
