Volker Eichelmann is an artist and Associate Professor at Kingston University where he is the director for the Fine Art PhD programme. His exhibition 'On Peacock Island' is currently on at Focal Point Gallery, Southend-on-Sea until 23 April 2017. In 2016 Eichelmann published 'Gutters of Gold' (Black Dog Publishing) featuring work by Stephen Tennant (1906-1987). Eichelmann's work has been exhibited at Sargent's Daughters, New York (2015), Choi & Lager, Cologne (2015), Ancient & Modern, London (2014), England & Co, London (2014), Galerie Andreas Huber, Vienna (2013) and Jessica Silverman Gallery, San Francisco (2011).
