Bonnie Camplin graduated from St Martins School of Art in 1992 and spent the next ten years in London Nightclub-land as a host, para-theatrical producer, director, dancer, performer and DJ. She set up many experimental avant garde/ electronic club nights around So-ho such as “The Sound” and “HARDERFASTERLOUDER”.

She has exhibited extensively in London and internationally and in 2006 released a Solo LP of her experimental music Heavy Epic. Her work has also included performance, film and video, sculpture, drawing and watercolours. She taught the film-class at Staedelschule Frankfurt from 2008-2010 and will be visiting lecturer at Goldsmiths College from September this year. Her most recent project was to devise and lead an experimental workshop Surveillance and Hiding Today and Tomorrow as part of the Wide Open School at Hayward Gallery London.
