In the DIAMM facsimile of 2010, I included a comprehensive (but by no means exhaustive) discography of the Eton Choirbook. Since then four new recordings have been made, by Tonus Peregrinus (2012a), the Huelgas Ensemble (2012b) and Christ Church, Oxford (2013-17). Between them, these recordings include ten commercial premiere recordings. A professional recording of Sutton's rich, and hitherto inexplicably neglected, Salve regina by a group not typically associated with this repertory (2012b) is particularly welcome; and congratulations to Stephen Darlington on the fifth (and final?) instalment of the Christ Church series (2017), a project that has brought the Eton Choirbook discography close to completion.
