Xu (Daisy) Deng received a PhD degree in Electrical Engineering from Newcastle University, Newcastle upon Tyne, U.K, in 2017. She is currently a NUAcT Fellow in Electrical Power of Electrical Power Research Group in the School of Engineering, Newcastle University, Newcastle upon Tyne, U.K. Her main research areas are Integrated Motor Drives (IMDs) and advanced control techniques for high frequency power electronics and electric drives.
