Prof C Mark Johnson holds a personal Chair at the University of Nottingham where he leads research into power semiconductors, power electronics packaging, thermal management, reliability and integration. He is Director of the UK Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC) Centre for Power Electronics and leads the Advanced Propulsion Centre UK Thematic Spoke in Power Electronics.
