Professor Jon Clare is the Head of Department of Electrical & Electronics Engineering at the University of Nottingham. He is a Royal Society Wolfson Research Merit Award holder in Power Conversion Technologies and is the Director of International Research Partnerships for Nottingham’s Faculty of Engineering. He is a recipient of the Load Dearing Award for Teaching and Learning and has been a member of the University’s Quality and Standards Committee. He has supervised >50 PhD students to successful completion and has published >400 papers.
