  • Qualifications: Bachelors of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics in METU (Honors). Master’s of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics in METU

Project Description:

As we strive to increase the power density motors and other power devices, we seek to increase the frequency of operation. This leads to an increased effect of frequency driven and velocity affected losses as well as the effects of stray capacitances impinging on magnetic performance. Building on the student's past experience, new analytical and hybrid FEA methods will be derived to better predict these losses and stray effects and their concentrations.
