Using SOLE Across Borders is part of the DARE programme which is being implemented in nine locations in the countries of Romania (Alba Julia, Iasi, Timisoara), Moldova (Floresti, Edinet, Balti), and Ukraine (Kharkiv oblast, Lviv oblast, Kiev oblast).  DARE stands for Dream Achieve Realise Express and the overall programme is managed by CARITAS Austria.  Newcastle University is responsible for the following:

• implementing the SOLE methodology in 8 schools and 9 daycare centres in the above locations and
• evaluating the impact of the programme as a whole.
