Creative Spark Webinar Series was created to share best practices between the UK and Azerbaijani educators. It was not only university learning we had in mind, as education goes beyond systemic learning. Small business owners sometimes want guidance and educators need to be prepared to support them. In Year 3 (2020/21) the main idea behind this series was mainly around knowledge-exchange. This year we are more focussed workshop approach, so that educators can create development portfolios and input into the development of partnerships and projects to sustain the networks beyond the life of the Creative Spark project.
