Getting Support
The computing landscape in the UK is getting complicated and accessing HPC, especially for new users, can be challenging. We appreciate that it is not exactly clear who you should contact to get support, in all cases if you are unsure where to go, you can simply contact Sydnee.Obrien@newcastle.ac.uk who will be happy to help and advise you where to go.
For advice on codes, software and getting started please first refer to our webpages or contact Tom Penfold.
For performance advice, advice running simulations and difficulties getting jobs to start or for example submission scripts for any of the HPC machines. You can contact Eleanor Broadway.
For issues with accounts, creating them and logging in, you should first consult the documentation for the relevant HPC resource if this can't resolve your issue then you should contact their support.
