Karen is Professor of Medical Education at the University of Exeter, Director of Awards for the Association for the Study of Medical Education and Deputy Editor for Medical Education. She has had the privilege of co-leading workstream 4 of the NIHR Incubator for Clinical Education Research, which has been looking at support and development for those travelling along the ClinEdR career pathway.
