The Incubator is overseen by an Executive Group, with representatives from across healthcare sectors. The role of the Executive Group is to:

1. lead decision-making that will enable the Incubator to achieve its strategic objectives. 
2. be responsible for monitoring and achieving progress towards KPIs. 
3. be responsible for effective communication of the Incubator’s goals and strategic response, including branding, marketing materials and relevant resources.
4. provide regular updates to the NIHR Academy, including summaries of progress and future recommendations.

In addition, a larger Advisory Group will ensure a ‘joined up’ strategic approach, which is relevant across all professions. The Advisory Group will define and review workstreams as the Incubator develops, with working groups drawn from its membership.

Additional members of the Advisory Group are welcome on an ongoing or ad hoc basis. The Advisory Group will also facilitate partnerships with other organisations in ClinEdR and other relevant disciplines such as public health.
