The fourth and final workshop of the Classical Realism meets Critical Theory Network was held at the Department of International Politics, Aberystwyth University, co-hosted by its department chair, Prof Richard Beardsworth. The thematic focus of the workshop was 'The Nuclear Condition' continuing from the previous year's discussions in Virginia Tech, however, placing distinct emphases on technological and policy aspects that examine and critique new materialities of the nuclear condition(s) and practical challenges and responses. The final output of these two workshops is a Special Issue that would be published some time in 2017.
