Felix Rösch is Senior Lecturer in International Relations at Coventry University, UK.
Previously, he was a centre associate at the Jean Monnet Centre at the Newcastle University where he has also received his PhD in International Relations Theory.
Felix has held visiting fellowships at the Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced Studies, Johns Hopkins University in Washington D. C., USA and the Kansai University in Osaka, Japan. His interest in classical realism focuses on an exploration of realism as a socio-political critique of modernity and its dehumanising and depoliticising consequences. Felix is also interested in conceptualisations of the political in the writings of classical realists.
In addition, his research focuses on the transfer of knowledge, particularly Continental European émigré scholarship and their influence on American political science and International Relations.
