Aerial Photograph Blyth Harbour

Aerial photograph of Blyth Harbour, Blyth, Northumberland. February 1962.

Newcastle Chronicle & Journal Ltd took this photo from the chimney of the now demolished Blyth Power Station.  The photograph looks south along the harbour. The site of Bates Colliery, also demolished, is on the right edge, across the river.
