William Doherty joined the AGE group for his research masters project. This project looked at the feasibility of screening for sarcopenia in acute hip fracture, by implementing grip strength testing into routine admission assessment at a regional emergency care hospital. William has previously worked with the team as an undergraduate student to analyse the performance of risk prediction scores for hip fracture surgery.
