Poster presentation at NU Professional Services Conference

AGE Research Secretary, Gayle Cain presented her poster ‘The role of Professional Services in building a new research group’ at the inaugural Newcastle University Professional Services Conference. It detailed the successes and challenges of the role along with the key qualities and approach required. “My role helps fit and hold all aspects of the team together – it’s a bit like a game of Tetris!”

On the conference, Gayle commented “It was a really fun and interesting event – I was able to network with colleagues both past and present and there were plenty of opportunities to learn about new and exciting developments within the Professional Services area”.
