2019 BioFocus conference

Professor Miles Witham, chair of trials for older people, took part in the 2019 BioFocus conference, held at the County Hotel in Newcastle on the 10^th of July 2019. Speaking on the topic of “Making trials for older people fit for purpose”, Miles appeared in an Ageing themed session chaired by Professor Roy Sandbach and also featuring Professor Lynn Rochester. The BioFocus conference brings together regional academic and commercial partners in the life sciences sector, supported by the North East Local Enterprise Partnership.
