• You are currently pregnant or have been pregnant in the last 12 months.
• You care for a baby aged 12 months or under (not as part of paid work).
• You have cared for a baby aged 12 months or under in the last 12 months (not as part of paid work).
• Your partner is currently pregnant or has been pregnant in the last 12 months.
• Your partner cares for a baby aged 12 months or under (not as part of paid work).
• Your partner has cared for a baby who is 12 months old or under in the last 12 months (not as part of paid work).

If the answer is 'yes' then you are eligible to take part in our survey. We would love to hear your views about hot weather in England during pregnancy and the first month of a baby’s life. This includes your thoughts or experiences (if applicable) of the summer months.

You will also be able to take part in a optional prize draw for a £50 shopping voucher (more information on how to enter can be found via the link below).
