I have been a PhD student in Finance at Newcastle University since January 2010. I received my Master of Science degree in Banking and Finance with Distinction in my dissertation from Newcastle University in 2009.

My research interests fall within the area of quantitative economics, risk management and finance.

I am a Charted Financial Analyst level 2 candidate. As a volunteer, I supervise one Oxfam shop on Saturday at Newcastle since December 2009. I acted as an Investment Assistant for Zhongwang Investment Consultancy Corporation and Insurance Agent (internship) for Pingan Insurance Group in 2008, China.
