Peter Andras’ main scientific interests are in the area of information processing in complex systems. Currently (2010) his main interests are: activity pattern dynamics in biological neural systems (focused on voltage-sensitive dye imaging and computational analysis of the crab stomatogastric ganglion); network analysis of large scale software systems (aimed to support software re-engineering); analysis and classification of high-resolution human movement data (aimed to support the diagnosis and treatment of Parkinson's patients).
