A Webstore is operated by Newcastle University to collect registration fee for the workshop. All workshop participants are required to register with payment i.e. £100. The registration fee will cover refreshments and lunch during the workshop. The fee does not cover accommodation. Participants who wish to stay overnight during the workshop have to make their own arrangements.
A site visit is scheduled before the end of the workshop, which is open to workshop participants on a first-come-first-served basis. Upon registration, participants will receive an email confirming whether or not they have secured a place on the tour. If the tour is full, those wishing to attend the site visit will be added to the waiting list and advised nearer the time if a place becomes available.
