Rob Jackson is the Douglas Provostial Professor of Energy and Environment at Stanford University. His group examines ecosystems and energy infrastructure, including studies to quantify and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. He chairs the Global Carbon Project, an international organization that tracks greenhouse gas emissions from the land, oceans, agriculture, and fossil fuels.
