The first in this series was launched by Professor Tony Doré (OBE). He presented insights on the future of the global petroleum industry touching on topics such as world energy consumption, climate change and scenarios for different development paths.  Finally, he asked us to consider what we, as scientists and engineers, can do to meet the challenge of the energy transition.
