Based on Murakami Haruki’s short story ‘Pan’ya shūgeki’ (1981) [Not translated, ‘The bakery attack’].

Two hungry young men decide to rob a bakery run by a Wagner-enthusiast communist. Before they can pull of their attack, they encounter a young woman standing in the bakery, indecisively choosing between a Japanese pastry and French croissants.
