Jean Monnet Project

This Centre website highlights the Newcastle University's dynamic engagement in research, teaching and engagement with the wider community on the subject of the European Union. The Centre will continue its programme of seminars and debates addressing key issues which have an impact on the region. This academic year includes talks on the Lisbon Treaty, the legitimacy of the Court of Justice, EU media regulation, European environmental agencies, interest groups in Europe, EU competition law and policy, and many other topics.
