LIVE Data - Broomshaw
We are in the process of installing a telemetered rain gauge and water level recorder along the Hatwhistle Burn (Willia Road area). As it will be telemetered, this means that the data will be streamed live to to this website and will be hosted in the space below.
Update January 2015 - The equipment has now been installed and the rainfall & river level alarm system is currently being tested by Environmental Measurements Ltd. The system will be in full operation soon. If you are interested in receiving river level and rainfall alarms to your email inbox please email eleanor.starkey@ncl.ac.uk to find out more (alarms are triggered when there has been a period of heavy rainfall or when the Haltwhistle Burn reaches a certain level).
