This research aims to develop understanding of the relationship between the future directions of customer relationship management in the context of a wider review going on at Newcastle. This research involves interviews with key experts and review of the documentation to develop a framework for thinking about the nature of the ‘student-customer’ relationship with the university which could then be tested with students in further work.
