Outputs

CASCAde is a truly inter-disciplinary project, creating outputs for multiple fields and building on a range of research methodologies.

Therefore, we have classified the outputs according to their field, irrespective of CASCAde work package.

Cryptography. Refers to the creation of novel cryptographic primitives, such as anonymous credential systems or graph signatures.

Systems Security. Contains outputs on the security of systems of systems, such as using attestation architectures.

Evidence-based Methods. Our empirical work is rooted in rigorous evidence-based methods. Our inquiry in CASCAde includes the creation and evaluation of measurement instruments as well as meta-research on the fidelity and reliabiltiy of research in the field, we might rely on.

Human Factors. Our investigstion of users' trust and usability of confidentiality-preserving security assurance includes a wide-cast net of investigations on what cognitive and affective factors impact human decison making and behavior in face of security and privacy primitives.
