Rebecca Casey

Rebecca is an early career researcher who obtained her PhD from Northumbria University. The doctoral research involved a longitudinal multi-site participant observation of benefits realisation management practices in an NHS Foundation Trust. Her current research interests focus on benefits realisation management, evaluation and implementation of digital technologies, particularly within the domain of digital health and care. Other work explores the sociotechnical and material nature of technological innovation within the context of technical repair work. The impact from Rebecca’s research has resulted in the facilitation of improved approaches to benefits realisation of digital technology both within the public (health and social care) and private (energy) sectors.
