Chi-Ling Wei is a fourth year undergraduate student in the Department of Civil Engineering, National Taiwan University (NTU). He is currently working on the development of a low-cost drop size distribution (DSD) sensor. Chi-Ling is enthusiastic with programming as well as experimental design. He has experiences in Arduino and machine learning.
