Registration
An online booking system is operated by Echo Events & Association Management, which is an external supplier hired for SusTEM2019 registration. The system is now live for operation.
All conference delegates including presenters, poster exhibitors and attendees will be required to register for the event. The registration fee (i.e. regular rate: £350 or full-time student rate: £250) will cover
- attendance to all conference sessions and poster exhibition
- delegate badge
- conference proceeding
- light refreshments during breaks between oral presentations
- lunch during conference days
- a conference dinner during the conference period
Note that the Organisers have been requested by the Hotel to finalise the number for conference dinner before 1 May. As such, anyone who completes his/her payment on 30 April 2019 and after will not be able to attend the conference dinner but will still have to pay the full registration fee.
Extra costs may apply for additional pages of conference manuscripts and copies of proceedings.
The registration fee does not cover accommodation during SusTEM2019 and all delegates have to make their own arrangement.
