You will receive a form to complete with your name and email address, your child's age and gender. We don't need any more information at this stage. 

When we have surveys or information about research projects we will send you an email about them. You will only get one email a month. 

If you decide to take part in a survey or research project there will be more detailed information for you.

Because we know that parents are busy and children develop and grow up we will only keep your information for one year. We will send you an email and if you want to stay involved for another year you can tell us then.
