Co-applicant: Mrs Karen Harrison-Dening will contribute to several work packages: workstream 1, interrogation and updating of the NCPC databases; workstream 2 identification of best practice sites; workstream 3 development of the individual care planning and workstream 6 commissioning guidance development.
