Role on the project:
Co-applicant: Dr Elizabeth Sampson will act as the link between MCDP and SEED programmes. She will co-lead workstream 1, with responsibility for completing the reviews to inform intervention development workstream 3. She will advise on the conduct of workstream 4, including outcome measures (workstream 1) and data collection, and contribute to the development of the commissioning guidance (workstream 6).
