Workshop: Imaginations and Imaginaries

On 25 May 2022 the Screening Violence research project, in collaboration with Prof Simin Davoudi and the Centre for Researching Cities at Newcastle University, held a one-day workshop on the topic of Imaginations and Imaginaries. The event focused on a shared discussion about how these concepts are used in our research and scholarship. This was followed by a screening of a short film by Alex Elliott, which included fieldwork footage from each of our five research sites.
