Gianfranco is the Technical Director of Geostudi Astier and has extensive research experience with multi-channel GPR systems, such as Stream–X (a vehicle-towed Ground Penetrating Radar solution for the 3D mapping of extensive buried archaeological sites) and has long-term experience in working on Rome’s rich, complex and deep archaeological deposits of Rome, publishing extensively on the topic.
