New Lab Members!

After months of advertising posts and interviews, I'm delighted to announce that Caitlin (former Rice Lab MRes student) and Jack (former Loughlin Lab PhD Student) will be continuing their research careers in the Rice Lab!

Caitlin will start in August as a Research Assistant, to conduct a JGWP-funded project looking at pleiotropic effects in gene regulation. In addition to this, funded by the Newcastle Hospitals Charity, she will provide an essential service to process primary tissues in the lab, strengthening our links with the NHS.

Jack will start his first PDRA role with us, funded by JGWP, to biologically model the impact of COLGALT2 in cartilage tissues. Welcome to both of you and thanks for choosing us!
