In the Rice Lab, we perform variant-to-function analyses to drive GWAS signals down a translational pathway. Our lab logo represents the three stages of our research: statistical fine-mapping, functional fine-mapping, and biological modelling. Together these techniques can bring genetic research into the clinic.
