Multi-omics Data Visualization for Paediatric Cancer Care

‌‌Cancer biology explores the intricate molecular and cellular mechanisms behind cancer's development and progression. With the advent of advanced technologies like next-generation sequencing, cancer genomics research has evolved, leading to personalized diagnostics and treatments. However, the vast amount of data produced by these technologies require sophisticated analysis and visualization tools. In this project, we are working closely with the pediatric oncology center at FMS Newcastle to integrate multi-omics data, including genomics, transcriptomics, epigenomics, proteomics, and metabolomics. The visualization system will offer a comprehensive understanding of cancer biology, enabling the identification of novel therapeutic targets and the development of personalized treatment strategies for individual patients.
