Mattia Vianello is an Energy Consultant at Practical Action Consulting. His professional focus is on the role of energy access as enabler for development. Mattia’s experience includes research, implementation, and management of international energy project. He has skills on the analysis of a wider development context, including the linkages among energy, agriculture and market development and their finance, policy and capacity aspects. Mattia has managed and worked for different energy projects in East and West Africa, South Asia, Latin America and the Caribbean. He has worked with several donors and clients, including the World Bank, UNDP, UNEP, DFID and SNV.
