Methods: QuBisM and the ANM project

Johannes, Sophie and Repp participated in the first plenary meeting of the Annotating Non-Manuals project, instigated by Floris Roelofsen's group at University of Amsterdam and supported by the Prieto group at Universitat Pompeu Fabra and the DFG-funded ViCom project (from funding awarded to Annika Herrmann and Cornelia Loos).

The ANM project aims to create a field-wide standard for annotating non-manual elements of visual communication. You can discover more about the project and find the latest version of the guidelines at nonmanuals.net.
