AHLAN combines desk-based assessment, remote sensing analysis, fieldwork, community participation, and policy analysis. The main goals of the project work program are:

• Acquisition and analysis of relevant remote sensing, environmental, and historical data.
• Fieldwork and community engagement.
• Interpretation, modelling, threat analysis of archaeological resources and landscapes.
• Training, networking, and policy development.
