Jasmine Hornabrook

 

Dr Jasmine Hornabrook (PhD, MA, BMus) is a doctoral graduate from Goldsmiths in London and was appointed Creative Economy Engagement Fellow at Newcastle under the AHRC sponsored, Northern Bridge programme in March 2018. 

She has had extensive research experience with Sri Lankan Tamil diasporic musicians and singers and ethnomusicological research. For more information about the Northern Bridge Doctoral Training Centre please see:

In September 2018 she takes up a new position as a Research Fellow at Loughborough University working on a Leverhulme-funded project working with British South Asian communities and the cultural memory of partition.
