Stage 4

We will co-design a clinical implementation framework/guideline for NHS policymakers, managers and Primary Care staff to ensure annual health checks for people with  a learning disability and autistic people are effectively delivered in a way that improves their health and wellbeing.  We will do this with people with a learning disability, autistic people, carers and supporters, and health and social care professionals.
