Albania Mission presentation in Pavia, Italy

Mr. Enes Velius, a Ph.D. Candidate from the University Institute of Higher Studies (IUSS by its acronym in Italian) presented in Pavia, Italy the results of the EEFIT mission in Albania following the M6.4 earthquake, happened on the 26th November 2019.  We highly appreciate his contribution based not only on his knowledge as a structural engineer but also on his local knowledge.
