Harris Auchterlonie presented on "Long Term Object Tracking in a Dynamic Environment", a technically rich session unpacking the integration of RGB data, SLAM (Simultaneous Localization and Mapping), and advanced computer vision techniques. His work addresses the complexity of tracking moving objects over time in changing environments, a complex problem in real-time spatial intelligence and robotics. Yilmaz Ogunc Tetik, who will join as a visiting researcher in September 2025, presented and discussed insights into his visit's proposed research on evaluating Passive House design decisions and interventions using Digital Twins.
