Hosted by the Scottish Health Informatics Programme in association with the four UK Ehealth Informatics Research Centres, this conference will provide a forum for the presentation of new and exciting research that uses linked, electronic health data and an opportunity to discuss present and future challenges in this area.Interested delegates to are welcomed to submit abstracts around the following suggested, but by no means exhaustive, themes:
Record linkage and health research
The use of routinely collected data in clinical trials
Patients’ rights and the Public Interest around linked health data
The methodological challenges of record linkage in health research
The deadline for submitting an abstract for individual papers or posters is 5pm on Friday 26th April 2013.
